Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on VivifyAll, including subscriptions, credit packs, and one-time purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this window will not be considered.

3. Eligible Refunds

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • Charges for services that were unavailable or non-functional at the time of purchase.
  • Credits or subscriptions that were never used due to a confirmed platform failure.
  • Unauthorized charges verified through our investigation.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits that have been consumed to generate content.
  • Successfully generated content that has been downloaded or shared.
  • Purchases where the 14-day refund window has expired.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated output. Due to the inherent variability of AI generation, results that are technically successful but do not meet personal expectations are not eligible for refund.

5. AI Generation Failures

If a generation fails due to a platform error (timeout, server error, model unavailability), the consumed credits will be automatically returned to your account. No refund request is needed for automatic credit returns. If credits are not returned within 24 hours, contact support@vivifyall.com.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle. Unused credits at the end of the billing period do not roll over and are not refundable.

7. How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@vivifyall.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  • Include your account email, transaction ID or receipt, and a brief description of the reason.
  • Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact support@vivifyall.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
