Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of VivifyAll, including text prompts, uploaded images and videos, generated outputs, and account behavior. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following:

• Illegal content, including content that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content, including nudity, sexual acts, or erotic material.
• Any content involving the sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or abuse of minors.
• Non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, or misrepresentation of a real person's identity, likeness, voice, or actions.
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrighted characters, logos, branded materials, or trademarks used without authorization.
• Misleading political, medical, financial, or legal content designed to deceive or cause harm.
• Hate speech, including content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Content that promotes, depicts, or encourages violence, self-harm, or suicide.
• Content that includes personal or private information of others without their consent (doxxing).
• Spam, scams, phishing, fraud, or any form of deceptive or abusive practice.
• Files containing malware, viruses, trojans, or other harmful code.

3. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to content restrictions, the following behaviors are prohibited:

• Attempting to bypass content filters, safety systems, or usage limits.
• Using automated tools (bots, scripts) to abuse the Service or exceed rate limits.
• Sharing or redistributing access to your account.
• Misrepresenting AI-generated content as authentic human-created content in contexts where disclosure is legally or ethically required.
• Using the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate individuals.
• Uploading content that you do not have the rights to use.

4. Content Moderation

VivifyAll enforces a strict NSFW Content Policy using two layers of automated moderation: (1) deterministic prompt filtering at submission time that blocks explicit keywords and phrases before any AI model is invoked, and (2) image output moderation via a third-party moderation API that scans generated images before they are returned to the user. Blocked prompts are not charged credits. Blocked image outputs are soft-deleted and credits are refunded automatically. Video outputs are screened via the prompt filter; frame-level video moderation is not currently applied due to cost constraints. Educational, artistic, and fashion contexts (anatomy textbooks, renaissance paintings, "nude" as a color term) are evaluated case-by-case. We continuously improve our moderation systems and may update them without notice.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy follow a one-strike principle: any attempt to generate prohibited content, regardless of whether the filter caught it, may result in immediate account termination without refund. Specifically, violations may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Refusal or blocking of the generation request.
• Removal or disabling of generated content.
• Forfeiture of credits used to generate violating content.
• Immediate account termination (one-strike policy).
• IP-level and device-level bans for repeated violations or attempts to circumvent filters using multiple accounts.
• Refusal of refund for any remaining balance.

6. Reporting

If you encounter content on VivifyAll that you believe violates this policy, please report it to support@vivifyall.com with details and, if possible, a link or screenshot. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

7. Appeals

If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged or your account was wrongly suspended, you may appeal by contacting support@vivifyall.com with a description of the issue. We will review your appeal within 5 business days.

8. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create using VivifyAll. VivifyAll provides the tools, but you retain control over how they are used. You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Service notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
