Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information — your email address (for login and transactional emails)
• Prompts — text you submit when generating videos or images
• Uploaded reference images — images you upload for image-to-video, image-edit, or similar workflows
• Generated outputs — videos and images VivifyAll produces for you
• Usage metadata — timestamps, model used, credit transactions (for billing and abuse prevention)

We do not collect biometric data, browsing history, or sell data to third parties.

How long we keep it

Retention is the headline. Auto-cleanup runs daily; failed generations are not stored.

• Generated outputs (videos, images): 30 days, then automatically deleted from our CDN
• Uploaded reference images: up to 48 hours after upload, then automatically deleted
• Prompts — retained with the generated output, deleted together after 30 days
• Account information — until you delete your account
• Credit transactions — retained for accounting and refund-dispute resolution (7 years)

Download anything you want to keep before it expires. The result page has a download button on every output.

Who can see your data

• You — your own generations, accessible from your account
• VivifyAll — solo founder and automated systems (content moderation, abuse detection)
• Hosting providers — Supabase (auth, database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Vercel (application hosting)
• Model API providers — to generate your output, your prompt and any reference image are sent to the provider of the model you selected (e.g. Bailian for Wan, PiAPI for Kling, OpenAI for content moderation). Each provider processes data under their own data processing agreement.

We do not share your data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can request:

• Access — a copy of your data
• Deletion — we delete your account and associated data
• Export — your generated outputs (before they auto-expire)
• Correction — fix inaccurate account information

Email support@vivifyall.com with requests. We respond within 30 days.

Subprocessors

Third-party services that process user data on our behalf:

• Supabase — auth and database (US/EU)
• Vercel — application hosting (US)
• Cloudflare R2 — file storage (global)
• Resend — transactional email (US)
• OpenAI — content moderation (NSFW detection on generated images)
• Bailian (Alibaba Cloud) — Wan video/image generation (China)
• PiAPI, APImart, Evolink, KIE, APIPod — various AI model access (regions vary)

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to the solo founder. Payment card numbers are handled by our payment processor (Creem) — we never see or store them.

Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have parental consent.

International users

VivifyAll operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States (hosting, payment) and China (Bailian / Wan model access). By using the Service, you consent to this transfer subject to applicable data protection laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
