  • Account information: email address, name, profile picture (if provided).
  • Payment information: billing details processed securely by our payment provider; VivifyAll does not store full card numbers.
  • Content data: text prompts, uploaded images, and generated content you create using the Service.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, generation history, credit consumption, and session duration.
  • Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and referring URL.
  • Communication data: support emails and contact form submissions.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Service, including processing AI generation requests.
  • To create and manage your account and subscription.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing, and Service updates.
  • To improve the Service through analytics and aggregated usage patterns.

4. Third-Party Services

VivifyAll works with trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

  • AI model providers (e.g., Kling, Veo, Sora): Your prompts and uploaded images are transmitted to these providers to generate visual content. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing data processing.
  • Payment processor: Handles billing transactions securely.
  • Cloud hosting: Stores your generated content and account data.
  • Email service: Delivers transactional and support communications.
  • Analytics (if applicable): Helps us understand usage patterns in aggregate.

5. AI Processing and Your Data

When you submit a prompt or upload an image, this data is sent to third-party AI model providers for processing. Uploaded images and prompts are temporarily stored on our servers and the provider's servers during processing and are automatically deleted shortly after the output is generated. These providers may temporarily store your input to generate the requested output. VivifyAll does not control and is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party providers. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Your account data and generated content are stored on secure cloud servers. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Usage data (pages visited, session duration, analytics) is generally retained for a shorter period unless needed for security or legal compliance. Generated videos are available for download for 30 days after creation, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@vivifyall.com.

7. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Export: Download your generated content and account data.
  • Objection: Object to certain types of data processing, such as marketing communications.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. 9. Cookies and Tracking

VivifyAll may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (authentication, preferences) and analytics. We may use web beacons, tags, and scripts to understand usage patterns. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function properly. Disabling non-essential cookies may limit some features.

10. Opting Out

  • Marketing communications: Opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contacting support@vivifyall.com.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Users aged 13-17 must have parental consent to use the Service.

12. International Users

VivifyAll operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to and processing in these countries, subject to applicable data protection laws.
